Kathryn Williams is a former social worker and end-of-life care lecturer turned freelance writer and editor. A qualified relationship coach and meditation teacher, she is passionate about all things related to women’s mental and physical health. Kathryn has a wealth of experience writing for a range of publications, including woman&home, Fit&Well, GoodtoKnow, and PetsRadar. When she’s not busy typing away at her desk, she can be found exploring the countryside in the South West with her husband and stepdaughter or curled up at home with a good book, a cup of tea, and her two much-loved and mischievous cats, Roxy and Teddy.
